Refund Policy

When making payments to us, if the overpayment is less than 50 Euros due to your negligence or for any other reason, you will not be reimbursed in any way and will not receive any refund in lieu. No method is used. Also, if the excess amount you have paid is more than 50 Euros, you should contact us and then submit the certified reports and follow us. We will make arrangements to deliver to you within a few days and we will recover all expenses incurred for sending money to you from the amount you owe and make the rest available to you. When you pay less than you owe, your payment will not be valid because the amount you paid is not enough. Nor will it be credited back to your account. Here you have to be very careful about your payments and there are very small payments (eg 0.99 euros) so if you try to get this back for any reason, this amount may not be enough to cover the side effects of the refund process. We have decided not to credit any amount to your account and to consider any problems with more than 50 Euros.
